Udochukwu CHUKWU serves as the Head of Programs and Operations at the Voluntary Aid and Development Organisation (VADO), where he leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of development initiatives across the organization’s thematic areas.

He oversees the design and execution of programs, ensuring that all activities align with VADO’s mission and strategic objectives. Udochukwu brings extensive experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact through evidence-based interventions.
