Franklin ARIRI

Franklin ARIRI serves as the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) at the Voluntary Aid and Development Organisation (VADO), where he leads the design and implementation of evidence-based systems for measuring program performance, accountability, and impact.
