Emmanuel NDUKANMA serves as the Head of Time Banking at the Voluntary Aid and Development Organisation (VADO), where he oversees the development and administration of the organization’s time-credit and exchange systems under the Labour Voucher (LV) platform.

He is responsible for managing the design, regulation, and monitoring of time-based value exchanges that recognize and reward volunteer contributions, ensuring transparency, equity, and sustainability in VADO’s time-banking operations. Emmanuel brings expertise in social finance, cooperative systems, and community development, applying these skills to advance innovative economic models that integrate volunteerism with social protection and inclusive growth.

Through his leadership, the Time Banking Department supports VADO’s broader goal of transforming volunteer work into measurable economic value — promoting social inclusion, productivity, and shared prosperity across communities.
