David NGOKA

David NGOKA is the Head of ICT and Digital Services at the Voluntary Aid and Development Organisation (VADO), where he leads the design, development, and management of the organization’s digital infrastructure and technology-driven solutions.

He oversees the implementation of digital platforms such as the Labour Voucher app ensuring seamless user experience, data security, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in software systems, information management, and digital transformation, David integrates technology into VADO’s programs to enhance monitoring, reporting, and global connectivity within the volunteer ecosystem.

His work focuses on leveraging ICT for development (ICT4D), expanding digital access for volunteers, and strengthening VADO’s capacity to deliver innovative, data-driven social impact solutions.
