Volunteer Abroad Program
VOLUNTEER ABROAD PROGRAM (VAP)
From Local Service to Global Impact.
Program Overview
The Volunteer Abroad Program (VAP) provides structured international volunteering opportunities for Nigerian professionals, entrepreneurs, graduates and skilled youth volunteers who wish to gain global experience through service-learning, career linkages, intercultural practices and knowledge sharing.
Through collaboration with international NGOs, social enterprises, and community projects, the program facilitates the placement of Nigerian volunteers in host countries for short- and medium-term assignments that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
VAP operates within the Volunteer Service Exchange and Learning (V-SEL) framework — VADO’s global platform that promotes international mobility for skills sharing, service learning, cultural exchange, and employability pathways through volunteer service.
